I worked with this company, one thing that doesn't make sense. This is a behavioral health 3dr billing and collection / revenue cycle company specializing in behavioral health which includes drug addiction. However they hire a bunch of addicts, they don't perform drug testing on their employee prior to hiring and individuals that have mugshots and felonies. These individuals have access to patients sensitive information, these individual walk in the office smelling with Marijuana ... Yes this is an unethical company . Employees do not work the claims correctly they find the easy way to write off the accounts, Medivance is understaffed for the amount of work they have and they dont want to higher enough man power to get the job done correctly. I worked there and I wouldn't recommend this company to any facility.
